We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager, Programmatic to take ownership of live sports campaigns — overseeing trafficking, pacing, optimization, and troubleshooting while mentoring junior team members. You’ll serve as the point of escalation for technical issues, collaborate with clients and vendors, and help refine processes and best practices. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on experience in ad operations who thrives in the fast-paced environment of live streaming and programmatic media.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution: setup, trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting
- Act as escalation point for troubleshooting campaigns and technical delivery issues
- Collaborate with DSPs, SSPs, and verification partners to resolve discrepancies and maintain campaign health.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and support Ad Operations team members
- Contribute to QA checklists, documentation, and workflow/process improvements
- Stay ahead of trends in programmatic, CTV, and live sports media to guide best practices.
What You Bring
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Ad Ops or programmatic experience with DSPs/ad servers
- Strong knowledge of trafficking, tags/pixels, pacing, and optimization
- Experience with verification and analytics tools (DV, IAS, Moat, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Technical familiarity with HTML/JavaScript for troubleshooting (not developer-level)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately multi-task
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical issues into clear solutions
- Calm under pressure – especially during live event pacing and delivery windows
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with live sports schedules, leagues, and media partnerships.
- Experience contributing to team processes, documentation, or QA frameworks
- Prior mentorship or informal leadership experience
