Your Role:
- Primary – Work closely with our ad ops team and support internal campaign management initiatives including setup, QA, 3P tags/pixels, creatives, and optimization of our programmatic media buying efforts fully supporting our clients’ strategic initiatives and campaign objectives.
- Secondary – Be a go-to resource communicating with clients about day-to-day campaign status, optimizations, changes, and performance. You’re capable of leveraging a variety of operational skill sets in your toolbox, which ultimately drive successful outcomes for our clients.
About You and What You’ll Be Doing:
You employ a Swiss Army knife mentality (Resourceful) and will be asked to wear a few hats (Multi-Faceted) in working with various members of the team, jumping in (Adventurer) wherever you can help. All the while, learning about Sports Media, Programmatic Advertising, Client Services, Product Management, and building FanServ (Student).
Responsibilities
- Connect with the internal team for client requests and feedback
- Review deliverables for accuracy
- Ensure we meet campaign delivery milestones
- Follow up on everything to completion/resolution
- Develop rapport with internal team, vendors and clients
Qualifications
- Ability to clearly explain the programmatic value proposition and how the technology works
- Minimal experience working with programmatically bought media
- Understand end-to-end campaign execution from IO to Invoice
- Strong reporting capabilities: identifying key questions, analyzing data, and conveying insights
- Independent, detail-oriented, and very organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Firsthand knowledge of programmatic ad buying platforms
- Must be great with Excel…like cheat code good
- Entrepreneurial team spirit
Salary and Benefits:
Annual salary will be better than what you’re being paid now and will include full health benefits, flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and a huge upside with potential equity based on meeting mutual expectations and team contributions.
